Will my clients see EverThread?
Reports carry your agency's name, logo and colour, and each site appears under your client's name. A small "Monitoring by EverThread" line sits in the footer. The daily summary comes to you, not your clients.
Do you need logins or access to my clients' hosting?
No. We look at each site's public pages the way a browser does. There is nothing to install and no password to share. The WordPress plugin is optional. It is what lets EverThread write the report for you.
What does the WordPress plugin send?
Two things. First, what the people you pick on the plugin's settings page do in WordPress: pages and posts published, edited or removed (by title), images added, design, menu and widget changes, plugins turned on or off, a handful of site settings, user accounts added or removed (by role), and comments moderated. Until you pick, every administrator counts, so untick your client's own staff.
Second, a snapshot of the site: WordPress, PHP, database, plugin and theme versions, which updates are waiting, a few security settings, user and content counts, and the site's address. We compare snapshots to spot updates, installs and removals, so those show up whoever applied them, automatic updates included.
It sends once a day and a few minutes after each change. It never sends the text of your pages, anyone's name, email or password, and it never changes your site's content or settings.
What happens when a client's site has a real problem?
It appears in your next morning email with what we saw and how to fix it, in plain words you can forward. If it's urgent, like an expired certificate or signs of a break-in, we can email you straight away. We don't clean up hacked sites ourselves; we tell you fast and show you the evidence.
Can alerts go to Slack or Discord?
Yes. Under Alert recipients in your dashboard, pick Slack or Discord and paste the channel's webhook address. We send a test message straight away. Each channel can get every alert or only the fix-today problems, and your daily summary posts there too.
How does Zapier fit in?
Under Client reports you create a Zapier key. Add a Webhooks by Zapier step to any Zap, say which client site the task is for and what was done, and it becomes an entry in that client's report, with hours if you track them. Your dashboard marks it as coming from Zapier. Webhooks by Zapier needs a paid Zapier plan.
Can alerts go straight to my client?
Not yet. Today alerts and the summary go to the addresses on your account, up to 25, and to the Slack or Discord channels you connect. Per-client routing is on our list.
How do I cancel?
From Plan in your dashboard or your Whop billing portal, whenever you like. You keep everything until the end of the period you've paid for.
