The deal, in plain words.

These terms cover everthread.live, the dashboard at security.everthread.live, the free check, and our API, command-line tool, AI-assistant tools and GitHub Action. EverThread is run by PB Digital LLC ("we"). Using EverThread means you agree to them.

1. What EverThread does

We look at websites the way a browser does, on a schedule, and email the owner in plain English when something needs fixing. We only observe. We never log in, guess passwords, or run tools that try to break in.

2. Only check sites you're allowed to

Add a site, or run the free check or API against it, only if you own it or have permission from the person who does. Don't use EverThread to harass anyone, to probe other people's sites, or to get around our limits.

3. Plans and billing

Four plans, billed monthly. No annual contract. Cancel anytime.

• Free, $0: one site, certificate watch, checked every 24 hours, one email recipient. No card.
• Basic, $5 a month: one site, the rule scanner, every 24 hours, one recipient.
• Starter, $9.99 a month: one site, the browser audit, every 24 hours, up to three recipients.
• Pro, $49.99 a month: up to ten sites, the browser audit, every 6 hours, up to ten recipients.

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial; you aren't charged until it ends, and you can cancel before then. After that each plan renews monthly at the price shown when you subscribed. Payments are handled by Whop, under Whop's own terms, and your receipts and card details live there.

4. Switching and cancelling

Switch plans whenever you like. Access continues through the end of the period you've paid for.

• Upgrading starts the bigger plan straight away.
• Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. You keep your current plan until then, and it doesn't renew. A cancelled account carries on as Free.
• If the new plan covers fewer sites, your oldest sites keep being checked and the rest are kept, not deleted, so upgrading again picks up where you left off.
• Change plans from Plan in your dashboard, or cancel from your Whop billing portal. No emails to send, no one to call.

5. The free check and the API

Free, with no key. To keep it that way, each site gets one fresh check a week through tools and assistants, and a few checks at a time from any one place. Public results leave out the exact address of anything sensitive; the site's owner sees that after signing up.

6. What we promise, and what we don't

We will run the checks your plan includes and tell you what we find, as clearly as we can. But no monitoring catches everything. EverThread is one signal, not a replacement for a developer, a security team or a proper security test, and it's provided as is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses from problems we didn't catch, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Your data

Your sites and results are yours. Delete a site and its history goes with it. The privacy page explains what we keep.

8. Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Delete account in your dashboard. That cancels any paid plan with Whop straight away, without a refund for unused days, and removes your account, sites and results. We may suspend accounts that break section 2, and will tell you why.

9. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before it takes effect.
