Help with your account
- Signing in, adding a website, or a finding you don't understand: email us, or look it up in the fixes library, which explains every finding in plain words.
- Changing or cancelling your plan: open Plan in your dashboard. Cards, receipts and invoices live with Whop, our payment provider, under Billing in the same dashboard.
Your site has been hacked
We watch sites and tell you what is wrong. We don't clean up after a break-in. If your site is compromised right now, contact your hosting company first; most have a security team or can recommend a cleanup service. Send us what you know and we will point you at the evidence we have.
Found a security problem in EverThread?
Email us with Security in the subject. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it. Please don't access other customers' data while testing, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else. We will thank you publicly if you would like that.
Your data
You can delete your account yourself from Delete account in your dashboard. To see what we hold about you or correct it, or if you can't sign in, email us from the address on your account. The privacy page explains what we keep and why.
